The 11.5 release of the ArcGIS Maritime server extension contains several enhancements.

Maritime Chart Service (MCS)
The following enhancements were made to Maritime Chart Service (MCS):
- OpenSSL, Lua, zlib, and SQLite3 are updated to minimum supported versions.
- The World Magnetic Model for 2025 updated in the WWM.COF.
- The S-62 agency list is updated through October 11, 2024.
- CATZOC color fills are updated to S-4 rgb values.
- The mcstpk.exe command line workflow is enhanced to include creating a project and replacing an existing project.
- Lua text instruction separateText is a Boolean value. When separateText is set to true, text will be ungrouped if more than one text instruction is assigned to an object.
- Custom symbology is enhanced with dynamic text placement. Text will rotate around the feature to find a nonconflicting location.
- xoffset and yoffset Lua text instructions accept floating point values to allow fractional units of font size.

Custom Chart Builder
The following enhancements were made to Custom Chart Builder:
- The Notes.aprx file is configured with Arial font and is updated to support single page nautical charts.
- Support for notes in a national language is available.
- Single page nautical charts are available.
- ZOC diagram grids and graticule mask is calculated to 4 mm to support single page.
- Single page export requires the Java Heap Size increased to {"javaHeapSize":"2048"} on services with Maritime Chart Service enabled.
- Four layout templates are removed from Custom Chart Builder.
- All layout files (.pagx) support the updated export process.
